Protecting your privacy is fundamental to our mission. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit or use our Services. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

    This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data we process about visitors, registered users, and paying customers (“you”) in connection with the Site and Services.

    5.2 We may use de-identified, aggregated metrics (e.g., formula complexity, cell count) to improve service performance and accuracy. These metrics cannot be linked back to you or your organization.
    5.3 If we ever intend to use individual-level data for AI training, we will provide explicit notice and obtain your opt-in consent.
  6. DATA RETENTION
    6.1 Account data is retained until you delete your account or until we no longer need it for legitimate business purposes.
    6.2 User content is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus a 30-day grace period to allow restoration in case of accidental deletion.
    6.3 Financial records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
    6.4 You may request early deletion by emailing support@anlitico.com; we will respond within 30 days unless legal obligations require longer retention.
  7. COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
    7.1 Essential Cookies – required for authentication, security, and basic functionality. Cannot be disabled.
    7.2 Analytics Cookies – used to monitor aggregate usage patterns. You may opt out via the cookie banner or browser settings.
    7.3 Marketing Cookies – only placed with your explicit consent.
    7.4 Do-Not-Track signals are honored for marketing cookies; essential cookies remain active.
  8. SHARING & DISCLOSURE
    8.1 Service Providers – cloud hosting (AWS), payment processors, email delivery, customer-support platforms. All are bound by data-processing agreements that restrict use to the services requested.
    8.2 Legal Compliance & Safety – we may disclose data to comply with court orders, subpoenas, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Davinci, our users, or others.
    8.3 Business Transfers – in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition, your data may be transferred subject to standard confidentiality arrangements.
    8.4 Aggregated Data – we may share de-identified, aggregated statistics that do not identify individuals.

    11.1 Access & Portability – download your user content via the “Export” feature or request a copy from support@anlitico.com
    11.2 Rectification – update account details in the profile settings
    11.3 Erasure – request deletion as described in Section 6
    11.4 Restriction / Objection – you may restrict processing where you contest accuracy or lawfulness
    11.5 Withdraw Consent – for marketing emails, click the “unsubscribe” link or email us
    11.6 Complaints – EU/UK users may lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority
  12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
    The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
  13. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA/CPRA)
    13.1 We do not sell or share personal data as defined under the CCPA.
